Born and raised in Southern CA, I grew up knowing very little about how to manage money. Like many young people, I wasn’t taught about personal finance, at home or at school, in a meaningful way so I didn’t grow up knowing – or caring! – too much about it.

Despite working in finance after college, I felt like I was living paycheck to paycheck and had no idea how to juggle student loans, living in an expensive city (NYC) and also planning for my future. Through seemingly “taboo” conversations with friends and peers, I found that I was not alone in my feelings of shame, anxiety and overwhelm around “adulting” and money. These conversations led me on a personal finance journey to learn how to manage my money with intention, which later turned into a passion to accompany other women on their own journeys, so that they don’t have to feel the shame and stress I once felt.  

I founded KZ Coaching in 2022 to focus specifically on supporting women in their financial journeys. KZ Coaching is the solution I wish I had back then – providing millennial women with one-on-one judgment-free guidance, convenient tools, and personalized recommendations to feel confident and intentional about managing their money. On average, after 3-6 months of working with me, my clients have saved thousands of dollars, paid off consumer debt, and, most importantly, increased their confidence around managing their money. 

Outside of coaching, you can find me soaking up quality time with family and friends, spending time outdoors on hikes or at the beach, learning about all things holistic health and wellness (I also have an Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certification), and exploring coffee shops and wine/cocktail bars in LA.
